The Leadership Under Fire Leadership Development Course (LDC) consists of five days and evenings of dynamic instruction, discussion and collaboration focused on tactical leadership. The Leadership Under Fire Advisory Team for the event includes: LUF Founder Jason Brezler; Captain Gabe Angemi of the Camden NJ Fire Department; Lieutenant Danny Murphy (Ret) FDNY Rescue Co. 2 and more. The course also includes a staff ride of the Antietam Battlefield and a fitness and recovery session with Dr. Belisa Vranich and Jimmy Lopez. 

Registration is limited to 18 leaders lodged on the Farm and six lodged at nearby hotels. Early bird registration is available from February 1 – April 15, 2020.

The Leadership Under Fire Team will be hosting a thought leaders’ retreat focused on exploring current efforts, opportunities and challenges associated with advancing human and mental performance in a programmatic fashion in high-risk industries. The target audience for the retreat is leaders who are currently managing human performance programs and those who desire to launch human performance programs in their organizations. Enrollment includes lodging in a Brooklyn Brownstone and meals. Registration is limited to 14.
